ROLE(S) OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a Contract Administrator to support a major EPCM client and support a range of projects, playing a critical role in administering contracts, ensuring compliance, and maximizing value.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the end-to-end contract management process, from contract formation to closeout, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, terms, and conditions
  • Develop bid packages, provide timely response to bidder queries and commercially evaluate incoming bids
  • Contract reviews, identifying risks, negotiating terms, and making recommendations for contract modifications or amendments
  • Collaborate closely with project teams and key stakeholders including Project Managers, Engineers, and Procurement Professionals, to develop and implement contract strategies
  • Manage contract administration activities, including document control, tracking deliverables, and facilitating timely resolution of contract-related issues or disputes
  • Conduct regular contract audits to assess compliance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance contract management processes

SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE 

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role within a project or construction environment
  • Broad knowledge of contract management principles, best practices, and relevant legal frameworks
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
