ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Graduate or Junior Engineer to join a leading construction client. You will gain hands-on experience in planning, managing, and executing construction activities while working within a supportive, dynamic team.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHT

Our client is leading a large-scale housing initiative set for delivery across Queensland. This presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a substantial project spanning approximately 12-18 months, with potential contract-to-permanent opportunities. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Assist in developing scopes of work and general administration.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring it meets quality and safety standards.
• Collaborating with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to project reporting and documentation.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and building codes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of construction safety standards and regulations (preferred).
