ROLE OVERVIEW

Are you an experienced Project Administrator with experience using Microsoft Project Software? 

We are currently seeking a skilled Project Administrator to join a key construction client, and contribute to project administration within a construction/building environment. The focus will be on planning and scheduling tasks.
 

PROJECT HIGHLIGHT

Our client is leading a large-scale housing initiative set for delivery across Queensland. This presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a substantial project spanning approximately 12-18 months, with potential contract-to-permanent opportunities. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Provide project administration support
• Plan and schedule activities
• Input data into Microsoft Project
• Assist with overall project coordination

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project/office administration
• Experience with planning and scheduling (Highly Regarded)
• Must have experience MS Project
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to support a dynamic team environment
